Being in the recruitment industry for 9 years has been nothing short of an exciting journey. My career began as a recruiter for IT, Non-IT & Engineering, Healthcare, Allied healthcare sectors. I am currently a Senior Service Delivery Manager, which entails managing people and client engagement as well as business development and building relationships with both clients and candidates. I am passionate about helping organizations build the right teams by finding the best talents in their respective industries. This passion helped me remain focused on enhancing my knowledge of market trends, industry developments and technology advancements to ensure I stay ahead of the competition. I truly believe that the recruitment process is a two-way street, so it’s important to put both employers and job seekers at the forefront of every decision.
