Admin Physician Practice - TGMG Administration

Job Summary:

Provides administrative oversight of the medical office through administration of finances, personnel, educational programs, public relations and physical resources. Interviews, hires, and assigns work to and evaluates work performance of employees supervised. Responsible for performing job duties in accordance with mission, vision and values of USFTGP.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors' degree and or advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 1 years of supervisory experience in a physician office within the specialty area managed. Minimum of 5 years in clinical management or supervisory experience if no bachelor or advance degree. Knowledge of Specialty specific billing, coding, inpatient and outpatient work. Progressive supervisory experience including financial analysis required. Proficient in using computer applications for analyzing data, communicating, and producing reports
