Job Description
Role Overview:
Join a dynamic team of over 900 Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants at MSK, where compassion meets expertise in delivering world-class cancer care. As an Advanced Practice Provider (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner), you'll play a pivotal role in supporting patients and families on their journey with Head and Neck Surgery and Radiation Oncology. From conducting pre-treatment assessments to post-treatment care and routine follow-ups, you'll be instrumental in guiding patients through every step of their treatment. You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design and implement innovative patient education and clinical support programs, ensuring care that's not just exceptional but seamless across the healthcare continuum. At MSK, you'll also have the opportunity to contribute to groundbreaking research and shape the standards of care in this vital specialty. Key Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited PA Program
- NCCPA certification
- Active New York State license or be qualified for state licensure
- 2+ years of related experience is preferred
- ACLS/BLS certification
OR
- Current New York State RN and NP license/registration Master's degree in nursing, prescriptive privileges
- 2+ years of related clinical experience preferred
- Related National NP certification
- ACLS/BLS certification

- Collaborative team player, working seamlessly with APPs, nurses, physicians, fellows, and residents.

Additional Information:
Location: 1275 York Ave NY, NY
Hours: Monday-Friday, Four 10 hour flex days
Pay Range: 144K-182K
Reporting to: Manager, APP
