Job Details: 

• Full-time Permanent Position (Schedule will be discussed during initial interview) 
• 100% Outpatient Setting
• Duties will include conducting sick/wellness visits, physical examinations, and patient follow-ups 
• The call schedule is 1/6 weekends (Phone call only)
• Active New York license in hand or in process welcome to apply
