Anesthesiologist Needed for Locum Tenens Coverage at Busy Hospital in Nassau County, NY

A busy hospital is seeking an anesthesiologist for locum tenens coverage.
The facility is located in Nassau County, New York.
The schedule is Monday through Friday, with shifts from 7 AM to 5 PM. Cases include general B+B, minimal OB, ortho, and neuro/heads, with no pediatric cases. The CRNA will handle 80% of their own cases, with rare supervision. The supervision ratio is 1:3 or 1:4. Overtime and call opportunities are available. The facility includes 14-15 main ORs, 3-4 endo rooms, 1 IR, and 1 EP room. The anesthesia record is electronic, using iProcedures, and the hospital EMR is Allscripts. It takes approximately 2-3 months to obtain privileges.
