*Job Overview:*
The BCBA will provide applied behavior analytic services (including functional analysis and assessment, skills based assessments, development and delivery of treatment plans, and parent training) to clients ranging in ages from 2-12 years old. The BCBA will also provide supervision and oversight of any Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) on their caseload including supervision of implementation of programming and documentation requirements. The BCBA will also be involved in the development and delivery of agency training programs.
*Minimum Qualifications:*
· Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education or related human services field;
· Have previous experience working in a home based setting
· Ability to demonstrate competence in behavior management skill, instructional skills, oral and written communication, organizational skills and interpersonal relations
· Ability to work with a variety of clients in regard to age, functionality, and with minimal direction
· Certified as a BCBA for a minimum of 1 year
· Licensed as a Behavior Specialist in the state of Pennsylvania
· Flexible availability
· Current on all required trainings/certifications (CPR and First aid, mandated reporter, etc)
· Transportation that is reliable and insured in the state of Pennsylvania (with record of insurance on file)
· Have a valid Pennsylvania’s Driver’s license
*Responsibilities:*
· Assist in the development of agency training on various topics including but not limited to: Applied Behavior Analysis, Teaching strategies, regulatory requirements, supervision, parent training
· Conduct skills assessments, functional assessments and analyses when appropriate, and to develop appropriate behavior strategies to teach appropriate behavior and reduce maladaptive behaviors.
· Ongoing training and supervision of paraprofessional staff in implementation of ABA principles and methodology and behavior reduction strategies.
· Develop behavior plans/treatment plans for all consumers with a focus on teaching, skill development and other antecedent strategies for reducing problematic behavior(s).
· Meet as needed with supervised staff to discuss ongoing consumer issues and to provide support when necessary.
· Utilize electronic data collection system to enter session notes at the end of each session.
· Provide consultation services and to maintain ongoing communication with treatment team members (other supports, parents, community, and community agencies).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
