Reliatus ABA Solutions is seeking a dedicated and experienced *Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)* to join our team our *West Phoenix/Maryvale* Center. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping individuals with developmental and behavioral challenges achieve their full potential. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing individualized treatment plans, conducting assessments, and providing supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

*\*\*Key Responsibilities:\*\**

- Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments.

- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment results.

- Provide direct supervision and training to RBTs and other team members.

- Monitor and evaluate client progress through data collection and analysis.

- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistent and effective implementation of treatment plans.

- Participate in ongoing professional development and stay current with best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA).

- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided.

*\*\*Qualifications:\*\**

- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.

- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.

- At least 2 years of experience working as a BCBA, preferably in a clinical setting.

- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and methodologies.

- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

- Proficiency in data collection and analysis software.
