*Responsibilities of Board Certified Behavior Analyst*
- Conduct patient assessments to develop individualized behavior intervention plans
- Implement applied behavior analysis techniques to modify behaviors
- Collect and analyze data to track progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including special education professionals and medical staff
- Provide patient care and support families in understanding and implementing behavior intervention strategies
*Experience*
Required:
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Proficiency in behavioral therapy techniques and applied behavior analysis
- Strong skills in patient assessment, data collection, and analysis
- Knowledge of medical terminology and documentation
Nice-to-have:
- Previous experience in special education settings
- Familiarity with patient care practices

Pay: $65.00 - $75.00 per hour
