Cardiologist Needed for Locum Tenens Coverage at Facility in Ohio

A hospital is seeking a cardiologist for locum tenens coverage.

The rotation is two weeks per month with Monday-Friday coverage, ending daily at 5 PM, with no night or weekend call requirements. The average caseload includes 3-4 inpatients and 24 outpatients, with new patients counting as two. Established patients are seen in 15-minute slots, while new patients are allocated 30 minutes. Inpatient testing involves about one hour of echoes, EKGs, and Holters, with optional stress/nuclear readings averaging four nuclear studies.
