Summary

The Baylor College of Medicine Section of Cardiology is expanding and seeks to add a staff cardiologist at the Professor level. The program is located at Ben Taub Hospital. The successful applicant will join a team of 12 Cardiologists and will have clinical duties at Ben Taub Hospital and MLK Clinic. They will staff the inpatient cardiology consult and cardiac care unit service at Ben Taub Hospital, read Echocardiograms and Nuclear Stress tests, and perform outpatient clinic at Ben Taub Hospital and MLK Ambulatory Clinic. Research and leadership opportunities are available, depending on experience and interest.

Applicants must have an M.D. degree, be ABIM board-certified in Cardiovascular Diseases, and be trained in Echocardiography. Applicants must also qualify for a full and unrestricted Texas medical license. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated excellence in clinical cardiology, teaching, and research.
