• Specific dates TBD
• Schedule: 7am-7am
• EMR: Epic
• 1 CT Surgery dedicated OR
• Successful completion of ACGME or AOA accredited residency and CT fellowship program 
• Board Certified  
• Active ID license or IMLC 
• ACLS and DEA
