Certified Radiology Technologist - (RAD Tech)

Pay Rate: $1690.36 - $1852.21
Radiology Tech -needed asap for 13 weeks
Days 8 - 5
Prepare patients for examinations, explain procedures and respond to patient questions. Perform diagnostic procedures for patients as ordered by physicians.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Completion of a specialized training program in Radiological Technology by approved the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
One year of experience preferred performing radiological procedures in a hospital, clinic or physician’s office.
Registered with the ARRT in Radiology.
Meets the American Heart Association’s standards for Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) and renews BLS every two years.
Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology.
Knowledge of radiologic equipment and procedures and safety hazards common to radiology including equipment, body mechanics and patient movement.
Ability to speak clearly and communicate effectively and to read, understand and follow written and verbal instructions and procedures.
Ability to identify and troubleshoot equipment problems and perform simple adjustments.

Work History: Should not be more than 30 days of gap in last 1 year
