Certified Urology Physician

The Urology physician(s)' care shall cover the range of Urology services as would be provided in a state-of-the-art civilian medical treatment facility and the standard of care shall be of a quality, meeting or exceeding currently recognized national standards as established by: American Urological Association Guidelines.

Location: Services shall be provided onsite, VAMC Hershey "Woody Williams VA Medical Center, 1540 Spring Valley Drive, Huntington, WV 25704

Qualification: Shall be a Certified Urology Physician
