Your Key Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Engineering support could include design, CAD drafting; GIS processing, project documentation (i.e. report preparation, water quality calculations, drainage area delineations, hydrologic calculations, file organization, etc.); construction observation, attendance at client meetings and various project-related tasks.
  • Assist in the development of erosion and sediment control and stormwater management plans for a variety of land development sites.
  • Conduct fieldwork on a variety of sites.
  • Prepare project documentation and attend meetings as required.
  • Assist Project Managers in the management and implementation of various environmental projects.
  • Performing other duties as requested.


Qualifications

Your Capabilities and Credentials

  • Candidates must have excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong detail orientation and ability to organize and prioritize a diverse array of assignments and duties.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Self-motivated and ability to work independently and with a team.
  • Enjoys both fieldwork and office work.


Education and Experience

  • Minimum of two years of college education in engineering field.
  • Preferred candidate is familiar with AutoCAD and MS Office software.

Salary Range(s):

  • $22.78 Per Hour - $33.48 Per Hour Min/Max Pay Range for postings located in CO and HI and MD


The final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible.
