Clinical Data Coordinator
What you need to know about this position:
- Clinical Quality Management has responsibility for regulatory compliance, clinical data management/integrity, and quality improvement for the organization and medical staff, including data analysis, data abstraction and monitoring.
- The department currently has 10 employees in various roles: Director, 2 Quality Nurse Specialists, 1 Advisor, 2 Analysts and 4 Data Coordinators.
- The department works closely with Medical Staff Services and Clinical Risk Management.
- The Clinical Data Coordinator position has a base rate of $32.68. Individual compensation is determined for this position through years of directly relevant experience. The hourly compensation is only a portion of the total rewards package, and a comprehensive benefits program is available for qualifying positions.
- This position requires working Monday through Friday; 40 weekly hours; 7:00AM - 3:30PM
- This position is partially remote, but full remote is a potential option.
What is required for this position:
- Graduate of approved School of Nursing Required.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) within three (3) years of hire required or 10 years of direct experience required. 2 years clinical experience in critical/cardiac or med/surgical care, or the equivalent preferred.
- A minimum of two years' of experience of data collection preferred.
- Current Indiana license as a Registered Nurse required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred.
