*Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Briarcliff Manor, NY*

*We are urgently hiring full-time and part-time CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant / Nursing Assistant in Briarcliff Manor, NY 10510.*

We have openings for 5x8:
* 7AM-3PM, 3PM-11PM, 11PM-7AM (8 hour shifts, 30 minutes lunch deduction, paid 7.5 hours)

*Regular Rate: *$25/hr.

*OT/Holiday Rate:* $37.50/hr.

Our staff are paid on a W2 Form which means taxes are deducted from their wages.

*Pay Period: *Sunday through Saturday

*Pay Day: *EVERY Thursday (Weekly Pay)

*Payment Methods: *Direct Deposit, Mailed Check, In-Office Pick-Up

We offer our CNA (Certified Nursing Assistants) full flexibility and control over their schedules! Staff gets to create their schedule based on their availability and shift preferences.

We work with our staff schedule because we understand that some staff are continuing their education and some have young children.

*Duties*
* Perform routine ADLs duties under the supervision of Licensed Practical Nurses, registered nurses and physicians
* Monitor patients' vital signs and report any abnormalities to the medical team
* Assess and treat patients with complex wounds, ostomies, or continence conditions
* Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures and treatment plans
* Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care

*Qualifications*
* Valid New York State CNA Certification
* Experience in long term care and nursing homes
* knowledge of EHR / EMR systems
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing healthcare practices
