$22 - $24 per hour

*Shifts:* 7-3, 3 -11 and 11 -7

*Requirements*
* NYS CNA License and Registration
* Social Security Card
* Government Photo ID
* HS Diploma or GED
* Updated Physical with titers
* 2 Professional Reference Letters
* BLS Certification
* Proof of Vaccination Card
