ARRT
BLS
GE CT/IMAGING EQUIPMENT
REQUIRED TO BE REGISTERED IN CT
2 YEARS' EXPERIENCE
SCRUBS - RED/ COMBO RED AND BLACK
PATIENT RATIO - Average of less than 10 patients / day combined xray/CT
TRAVELERS SUBMITTED WITHOUT THE NECESSARY INFORMATION OR REQUIREMENTS WILL BE REJECTED
MUST INCLUDE PERMANENT HOME ADDRESS AND SS# ON THE SUBMISSION
TRAVELERS MUST BE GREATER THAN 50 MILES FROM FACILITY

Experience: 2 years
Licenses: RAD-TX
Certifications: R-American Registry of Radiologic Technologists(Copy needed); CTTECH-American Registry of Radiologic Technologists(Copy needed); BLS-AHA(Copy needed)
Scrub Colors: RED/ COMBO RED AND BLACK
SSN Required
DOB Required
