Job Summary

Performs various basic and advanced CT procedures under the direction of the Staff Radiologist and departmental protocols. Provides direct patient care and safety to all patients. Performs IV injections of approved CT contrast agents as instructed. Reviews procedures with Radiologist as needed/required.

Responsibilities

• Performs CT exams per department protocol
• Performs the quality control functions related to CT
• Works effectively and provides direct communication with multidisciplinary Teams Staff Radiologists to ensure superior patient care and services.

Work Experience

• 1-3 Years+ in CT

Qualifications

• Graduate of a 2-year accredited Radiography Program
• ARRT
• ARRT(CT) (or CT Registry Boards eligible)
• IEMA Licensure
• BLS
• IV certification (preferred)
• Advanced knowledge of Cross-sectional anatomy
