Job Title: Dental Hygienist

Job Location: Kansas

Type of Facility: Private Dental Practice

Length of Assignment: 17 weeks

Start Date: Immediately

Work Schedule: Mix of 8a - 5p and 8a - 3p shifts from Mondays - Thursdays

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Perform dental hygiene procedures for patients of all ages

- Update patient medical histories

- Conduct periodontal probing and prophylaxis treatments

- Assist with x-rays (bite wings)

- Utilize Eagle Soft EMR and Dexis imaging systems

- Sterilize and prepare operatory between patients

- Collaborate with dentist, dental assistants, and front desk staff

- Maintain accurate and timely patient records

- Communicate effectively with patients and team members

Requirements:

- Current Kansas Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license

- Experience with patients of all ages, including pediatric (starting at age 5)

- Proficiency in periodontal assessments and prophylaxis treatments

- Familiarity with dental software and imaging systems
