Diagnostic Radiology Technologist - New Jersey

Job Title: Diagnostic Radiology Technologist

Job Location: New Jersey

Type of Facility: Private Practice

Length of Assignment: 13 weeks

Start Date: Immediately

Work Schedule: 5 hour shifts for 3 days per week 

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Conduct X-ray scans for patients of all ages

- Perform 5-10 scans per shift

- Operate AMRAD X-ray equipment and in-house PAX system

- Utilize E-Clinical Works EMR system

- Assist with other day-to-day functions when not performing scans, including:

 - Supporting the Medical Assistant

 - Potentially answering phone calls

 - General assistance around the practice as needed

- Maintain accurate and timely patient records

- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members

Requirements:

- ARRT(R) certification

- New Jersey state license

- BLS certification preferred but not required

- Flexibility to assist with various tasks within scope of practice
