Description:
The registered dietitian (RD) is responsible for the nutritional assessment and intervention of the Executive Health patients. The RD recommends appropriate medical nutrition therapy based on patient‘s diagnosis, nutrition focused physical exam and overall health status. Identifies the proper nutrition regimen and places order in the medical record. Communicates plan of care to all responsible parties. Educates staff, patients, family and significant others on nutrition plan of care. Documents findings, orders, interventions in the electronic health record. Supports best practice standards of care by utilizing evidence based practice guidelines. Provides ongoing mentoring and education to the patient care team. Takes a leadership role by sharing experiences and problem solving skills to facilitate individualized interventions and optimize care. Develops performance improvement initiatives and collaborates with departmental leadership to evaluate outcomes.
Estimated salary range for this position is $61140.31 - $79482.40 / year depending on experience.
Personalized Nutrition Plans: Design and implement individualized nutrition strategies for executives, focusing on preventive care, performance optimization, and long-term health.
Comprehensive Assessments: Conduct in-depth dietary assessments, including advanced diagnostic tools like nutrigenomics, metabolic testing, and biomarker analysis.
Collaborative Care: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, fitness experts, and wellness coaches, to deliver integrated care tailored to the unique needs of each executive.
Client Education: Provide expert advice on nutrition, dietary supplements, and lifestyle modifications to support optimal health and prevent chronic diseases.
Ongoing Support: Offer continuous monitoring and adjustments to nutrition plans, ensuring clients achieve and maintain their health goals while balancing the demands of a high-stress lifestyle.
Research and Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in nutrition science and apply evidence-based practices to enhance the quality of care provided.

Qualifications:
Educational Background: Master’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field. Registered Dietitian (RD) certification required. Florida State licensure (LD/N). Board certified in area of nutrition related specialty.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical or executive health setting, with a focus on high-net-worth clients or corporate executives.
Expertise: Strong knowledge of preventive care, performance nutrition, and advanced dietary assessments. Familiarity with cutting-edge nutritional technologies and testing methods is a plus.
Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate complex nutritional concepts in a clear and compelling manner to high-level clients.
Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to providing a high standard of care. Ability to manage confidential information with the utmost discretion.
