Schedule: Full Time

Shift : 8am to 5pm

Location: Woodridge, IL

The role you'll contribute:

Develops and implements policies, procedures and strategies related to the physician practice operations

The value you'll bring to the team:

• Develops goals, plans and standards consistent with clinical, administrative, legal and ethical requirements/objectives of the organization.
• Plans, organizes and directs all activities related to staffing, including hiring, orienting, evaluating, disciplinary actions and continuing education initiatives.
• Prepares operational and departmental budgets and ensures compliance with allocated funding. Coordinates and directs internal/external audits.
• Directs and evaluates practice activities to achieve performance and quality control objectives.

Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed :

Minimum qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required.
• 5 years of experience required.
• 2 years of leadership or management experience required.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree preferred.
• 10 years of experience preferred.
• 5 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
