Braden River Rehabilitation Center is searching for a qualified and dedicated *RN Supervisor* to join our team! In this pivotal role, you'll oversee and manage the clinical services on an assigned unit, ensuring exceptional resident care, efficient operations, and a supportive work environment for the evening staff.

*What You'll Do:*
* Assess and evaluate the systems which facilitate the delivery of quality resident care,
* Assist with resolution of concerns associated with resident care (including family concerns)
* Implement and evaluate all nursing procedures and systems, perform assessments regarding health status of residents, and develop a plan of care
* Participate in Quality Assurance Activities
* Adheres to scope of practice limitations based on qualifications

*We are looking for an RN with:*
* A bachelor's degree in nursing (preferred) or an associate's degree in nursing (required).
* A valid Florida RN license.
* One to three years of supervisory experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting (preferred).
* Strong clinical skills, leadership abilities, and a commitment to resident-centered care.
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in documentation and adherence to regulatory standards.
