Aspirus Wausau Hospital in Wausau, WI is seeking an Exercise Physiologist to join our team!

The Exercise Physiologist implements and provides ongoing clinical care for patients in programs within the Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation department.
HOURS: Part Time or .6 FTE, 48 hours every pay period. Day shift.

Experience/Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Exercise Physiology or a Bachelor's Degree with a concentration in Cardiac/Pulmonary Rehab.
• Advanced coursework in cardiovascular/pulmonary physiology/pathology, cardiac/ pulmonary rehabilitation, exercise testing, prescription and ECG interpretation necessary to perform duties.
• Certification by the American College of Sports Medicine as an Exercise Specialist or Registered Clinical Exercise Physiologist within one year of hire.
• Current BLS certification or obtained within 90 days of hire
• American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support Provider Course or the American Heart Association Pediatric Advanced Life Support Provider Course including a hands-on skills practice session with an AHA ACLS
