Family Medicine DNP Needed for Locum Tenens Coverage at Facility Near Fairbanks, Alaska

A corrections facility is seeking a Family Medicine DNP for locum tenens coverage.
The facility is located near Fairbanks, Alaska.
This position offers a Monday-Thursday schedule with four 10-hour shifts (8 AM - 6 PM, flexible). The provider will manage a caseload of 8-12 patients per day while also reviewing outside medical records and labs. The role focuses on adult patients and requires an AK license, DEA, and a clear background check. Procedures are routine ("bread and butter"), and the provider will work alongside one MD with strong support from NPs, nursing staff, and nurse supervisorsnever working alone. Credentialing is quick, taking approximately one week. The position is open to FM, IM, or GP providers, with no COVID vaccine requirement. Personality and alignment with core values are prioritized over experience.
