Traditional practice FAMILY MEDICINE Physician needed for a HPSA-designated federally-qualified health center.

Brownsville Community Health Center (BCHC) is a non-profit, NCQA Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) Recognized multi-specialty primary care medical group practice, serving about 19,000 active patients annually. It is located in Brownsville, Texas, a medium-size city of 180,000. The area has a low cost-of-living index, yet offers many family-friendly amenities. Mexico is a five-minute stroll south. The famous South Padre Island is 25 miles away.

Rotating inpatient call is 1:6 weeks (one week inpatient, 5 weeks outpatient).

Successful candidate will provide comprehensive primary and acute care services to patients 18 years and older.
