I have a client in Northern Indiana (around 45 minutes from Chicago) that is looking for a Family Medicine Physician to join the team.

-FT W2 permanent position with benefits and career advancement, and RVU bonuses AND SIGN ON BONUS
-Outpatient Clinic
-Monday through Friday
-20 PPD
-1:5 call rotation
-Licensure reimbursement:  license, CSR, DEA, Dues/Subscriptions
-New grads welcome
