Salary negotiation will be based upon experience and credentials. Salary range opens at $105,000 for newly licensed providers.

Position Requirements

Masters of Science in Nursing

Valid PA licensure as a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner - Family Health

Experience working with electronic medical records required

2 years of experience in outpatient setting with knowledge of FQHC program preferred
