Family Nurse Practitioner

We
are seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join our

Requirements:

• At
  least 1-3 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or extensive experience
  as a Registered Nurse in Emergency Room or Intensive Care Unit settings.

• Graduate
  of an accredited school of nursing and nurse practitioner program

• Masters
  degree in Nursing

• Certified
  as a nurse practitioner by an approved certifying organization.

• Active
  and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Indiana.

• Prescriptive
  authority, DEA certification

• Current
  CPR certification

• Transportation
  and valid drivers license

• Strong
  organizational and time management skills.

• Proven
  ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Excellent
  written and verbal communication skills.

• Flexibility
  and adaptability in patient care and scheduling.

• Basic
  computer proficiency, including experience with electronic medical records.

• Bilingual
  in Spanish is preferred, but not required.
