Family Practice - NP/PA

PeaceHealth is a mission minded health care system looking for a compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant interested in serving the underserved populations in Florence, centrally located on the Oregon coast.

Practice Highlights:

• Experienced Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner.
• Medical Assistant is assigned to each clinician.
• Daily case load is approximately 15-18 patients per day.
• Additional support from our Diabetes Educator, RN Care Coordinators, Wound Care, Dermatology, Behavioral Health, Palliative Care and Women's Health.
• 4 day or 5 day work week.
• Collaborative working environment.
• Oregon is a Full Practice Authority State.
