*Overview:* Are you a dedicated and compassionate clinician looking to make a meaningful impact in the field of mental health? We are seeking a skilled clinician to join our dynamic team, where you will provide diagnostic evaluations, psychotherapy, and direct support to our diverse patient population. This role offers a unique opportunity to positively influence the lives of individuals through various therapeutic modalities. *Requirements:*
* *Licensure:* Must be licensed in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, LCSW).
* *Education:* Master’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.
* *Experience:* A minimum of 3 years of experience in outpatient therapy and individual counseling is strongly preferred.
* *Availability:* Must be able to commit to 4-8 hours of evening work each week. Weekend availability is a plus.
* *Workload:* Ability to maintain 30 billable hours per week.
* *Work Environment:* Primarily an in-person role, with some remote work opportunities available.
* *Special Skills:* CANS certification or willingness to become certified, and openness to working with children aged 12 and under.
* *Language Skills:* Bilingual candidates are preferred but not required.
* *Schedule:* Must be able to work in the office at least 4 out of 5 days each week.
* *Technical Proficiency:* Strong computer skills, including familiarity with EHR systems, Google Suite, telehealth platforms (Doxy, Zoom), and Microsoft Office. Must be able to type quickly and accurately.
*Duties:*
* Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess patients' mental health and emotional well-being.
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs and goals.
* Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to individuals, families, and children.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to deliver coordinated, comprehensive care.
* Monitor patient progress through regular assessments, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
* Offer direct support to patients in crisis or those experiencing acute mental health symptoms.
