Job Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to develop a career in the commercial field of pharmaceutical development as part of the Global Sales Operations team.
You will be part of the multinational team responsible for the monitoring and management of a Revenue stream through supporting the IQVIA Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) for Real-World Solutions (RWS).
You will be working in a high-profile position, with a responsibility and/or input into processes, procedures relating to the sales and GTM process and systems.
Your data analysis and interpretations will be shared on a regular basis with the most senior IQVIA leaders.
Your analytical mind, attention to detail and great communication skills are crucial for this role.
Your responsibilities - Sales Analytics Associate Manager:
- Contributes to the monitoring and administrative management of sales and revenue reporting for real world solutions categories
- Will be responsible for the training and ongoing support for the sales and GTM teams in the IQVIA CRM system
- Ensures that opportunities are correctly set up in IQVIA CRM (in line with contract, multi-country constraints and IQVIA policy in term of services / products and timeline), and lead the updates
- Is responsible for regular monitoring of opportunities in coordination with local / regional teams
- Prepares reporting to senior members of the sales management team on sales progress against targets
- Creates alerts and review / follow up of action plans according to the problems identified
- Creates alerts and review / follow up of award notifications
- Contributes to ad hoc analysis as needed to improve customer satisfaction, business intelligence and revenue recognition
- Coordinates operational activities with other teams to continually improve procedures and optimize them
- Defines, produces, shares and comments regular report on Revenue In Hand
- Contributes to analyze gap between Budget / forecast and Revenue In Hand
- Assists management in preparation of operating review meetings, strategic planning review meetings and budget review meetings.
- Works closely with Sales, Finance, and Billing Center representatives
- Performs other tasks, as required by the Head of Commercial and Sales Operations
Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor's degree in relevant field, requiring analytical abilities
- 1-3 years of experience in similar position
- Extensive knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel is a must
- Experience in commercial or sales area
- Excellent communication skills in oral and written English
- Experience with CRM management, client-facing activities and dashboard analysis are desirable
