Location: Hannibal, MO

Job Duties:

• Manage overall treatment plan for unassigned hospital patients and coordinate provision of care by other medical/surgical specialists as needed through the referral of patients to medical specialists, social services or other professionals as appropriate.
• Serve as liaison with family and other physicians/programs.
• Ensure patient's primary care physician is kept informed of medical condition/treatment throughout hospital stay.

Position Requirements:

• Must have M.D., D.O., or foreign degree equivalent.
• Must have or be immediately eligible for Missouri medical license.
• Must be Board Eligible/Board Certified in Internal Medicine, or be in the final year of ACGME-accredited internal medicine residency program.
