IM/FM Hospice Locum need in New York

All Star Healthcare Solutions is seeking a Hospice Physican to assist with locums coverage in New york.

• Starts ASAP
• M-F 8a-4:30p
• Call Schedule: Call is on average 1 weeknight per week from 4pm - 8am and 1 in 4/5 weekends from 4pm on Friday until 8am on Monday 
• Board Certified - Internal Medicine / Family Medicine / Emergency Medicine 
• Hospice and Palliative Medicine or Geriatrics fellowship training is a plus but not required. 
• NY State License
• Provider must be local
• BLS
• EMR:EPIC - Comfort Hospice Application
