Job Description:

The part time Nurse Practitioner Supervisor will be responsible for daily department operations, and demonstrate leadership, problem-solving, and effective communication skills to promote the ongoing growth and development of their team members

What you'll do:
* Collaborate with patients and various multi-disciplinary teams to develop tailored treatment plans
* Utilize evidence-based guidelines to provide optimal care
* Conduct patient assessments, diagnoses, and treatments
* Create and implement weekly rounding schedules for assigned facilities
* Maintain accurate and thorough medical records

What is required:
* Current unencumbered Nurse Practitioner license (Illinois)
* Nurse Practitioner (required)
* 2 years of experience (preferred)
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organizational abilities and effective time management
