Job Summary

The Clinical Social Worker will coordinate patient care/treatment plans, provide risk assessments, case management, and ensure continuity of care. They will also manage multiple cases, provide therapeutic interventions, and maintain compliance with privacy laws.

Contract Details:

• Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30)
• Start Date: ASAP
• Job Duration: 13 weeks
• Weekly gross pay: $2,720

Requirements

• Experience: 2 years of clinical experience with the designated population
• Skills: Mental health evaluations, biopsychosocial evaluations, substance use disorder evaluations
• Epic Experience: 1 year required
• Certifications: LCSW, LICSW, LMSW, CSWA, SWAICO, SWAAL, SWAL
• Weekend Requirement: TBD
• On Call Requirement: No
• Floating: Yes, within medical floors only
