Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)

Provide appropriate evidence based psychotherapy with individuals, groups and families • Spends a minimum of 50-60% of time delivering direct clinical services as needed in the various settings Kadima operates. • Conduct psychosocial assessments and updates as needed • Conduct intakes and assist in coordinating placements in residential programs • Develop appropriate goal focused, person centered, treatment plans containing measurable goals and objectives; obtaining client and other stake holder (guardians, family members, payers etc.) input as appropriate • Provide clinical consultation and support as needed to residential and Activity Center staff; and assist in developing and executing clinically relevant activity in the Activity Center • Maintain communication as needed with external treatment teams and professionals • Participate in quality and compliance reviews of all clinical charts • Participate in utilization reviews of all clinical charts • Provide training on implementation of treatment plans as needed with other members of the treatment team • Provide crisis intervention services • Maintain accurate and timely client files and assure records comply with the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) standards • Document all meetings and calls with consumers, family members, providers, etc • Complete daily billing • Provide input for program planning • Attend supervision, staff meetings, quarterly and in-service trainings
