Pay Rate: $2027.94 - $2222.10



Vermont licensed LCSW needed for 8 hour Days/40 hours guaranteed.


Required Qualifications
Licensed Social Worker, Acute
Experience: 1 year
Licenses: LSW-VT
Certifications: BLS-AHA(Copy needed)
SSN Required
DOB Required
Work History: Should not be more than 30 days of gap in last 1 year
References: 2 References in the last 12 months

Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from an accredited graduate school of Social Work or Master’s degree in counseling or other behavioral health discipline - REQUIRED
Social Worker must be registered on the Roster of Psychotherapists who are Nonlicensed and Noncertified with the State of Vermont Office of Professional Regulation prior to employment - REQUIRED
Must accept a flexible 40-hour work week scheduled to meet the needs of patients and families within the guidelines of the bargaining agreement - REQUIRED
Experience with children and adolescents - REQUIRED
