POSITION SUMMARY - LCSW

POSITION DUTIES - Social Services Case Management

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS - 2 years of experience in healthcare in the acute care setting, related field or skilled care environment or community.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - A background in medical social work in an acute care setting

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT - 13 weeks

SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK - 5 days x 8hrs, 8:30am-5:00pm
