Contract Length: 6 months, ongoing

Schedule: Two weeks per month, Monday-Friday 8a-430p (clinic hours), Potential weeknight/weekend call depending on dates

Details:

• Locums provider must be BC or BE in Radiation Oncology (MD or DO).
• Schedule is two weeks per month, Monday-Friday 8a-430p (clinic hours) with some inpatient consults. There is a 7a virtual tumor board Wed/Thurs weekly
• Potential weeknight/weekend call depending on dates
• OT pay available for patient care after shift.
• 24 hr weekend call rate available for those shifts.
• Level 2 Trauma Center
• EMR is EPIC
• 100% Adult
• Procedures required: 3D treatment, IMRT, SBRT/SRS treatments, Simulations, Consults, follow-ups, OTVs
• Cases per day: 20-30 patients on treatment daily
• Support Staff: 2 RNs, 5 radiation therapists, 1 dosimetrist, 1 physicist, 2 admin, 1 physician

Credentials: Active IL Medical License, BC or BE in Radiation Oncology, active DEA & CS licenses, ACLS, BLS
