Seeking a Locums Orthopedic Surgery
Physician in Atlantic City, NJ Assignment Dates: June 15 – August 15 (full-time),
Intermittent coverage through September 10.  
Join a hospital-based orthopedic team providing both surgical and
outpatient coverage. The position includes 24-hour call responsibilities with a
1:3 call ratio, along with half-day clinic shifts. The practice handles a range
of orthopedic cases and serves a diverse patient population.



Shift Details:

• In-House Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Call Shift: 5:00 PM – 7:00 AM (24-hour call coverage)
• Call Schedule: Minimum of 10 days/month, potential for 14 days
• Weekend Call: Required
• Clinic Coverage: One half-day per week, 5–10 patients (primarily indigent
  population) 

Requirements:

• Board Certified in Orthopedic
  Surgery
• Active New Jersey Medical License
  – REQUIRED
• BLS Certification
• Prior experience handling a high
  volume of orthopedic consults and call coverage preferred
