*Responsibilities of an LPN Baylor:*
* Providing direct care for patients and residents in a skilled nursing, sub-acute care, and long-term care nursing center
* Administer medication, change wound dressings and care for other treatment options
* Perform physical examinations and diagnostic tests

*Qualifications for an LPN Baylor*:
* Successful completion of a Practical or Vocational Nursing Program (LPN/LVN) required.
* Clear and active LPN licensure in the state of practice required.

Pay: $26.00 - $29.00 per hour

License/Certification:
* LVN (Preferred)
* BLS Certification (Preferred)
* LPN (Preferred)
