*LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) Needed*

*Location: *Fairmont, WV (Skilled Nursing Unit)

*Duration*: 13 Weeks (possible extension)

*Shift*: 3x12 Nights, 7p-7a, rotating wknds

*Start:* ASAP start (3 weeks for compliance)

*Pay*: $44/hr (blended of taxed and stipend)

$1,584/ Weekly gross (based on 36 hrs)

*Notes:*

Ratio: 1:10

EPIC experience preferred

Must have experience in IV, blood draws, medication administration

2+ yrs LPN experience Required

Must be licensed in the state of WV/Compact

Must have an active BLS
