LPN – LTC – Middletown, RI – 5-Week Contract - $48/hr

* Evening Shift
* 3pm-11pm
* 40 hours guaranteed/wk
* $1,200 untaxed ($30/hr) + $720 taxed ($18/hr) ; 50 Mile Radius for travel pay
* Blended rate $48hr OT rate $57hr
