* 36 hours/week
* 12 hour Day & Night Shift Available

Must Haves:
* WV LPN License or compact state license
* BLS certified
* 1+ years of LPN experience preferably in LTC/SNF

*Job Summary*
We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide quality nursing care to patients under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician.

*Duties*
- Perform IV infusions and manage IV lines
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Assist with primary care procedures and treatments
- Provide tube feeding and monitor patient responses
- Support urgent care needs and respond to emergencies promptly
- Assist in ventilating patients as needed
- Participate in acute pain management protocols
- Administer Botulinum toxin treatments under supervision
- Collaborate with the healthcare team in hospital medicine settings
- Ensure infection control protocols are strictly followed
- Knowledge of medical coding is a plus

*Requirements*
- Valid LPN license in the state of practice
- Proven experience in a healthcare setting
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle emergency situations effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of acute care practices and procedures
- Ability to multitask and prioritize patient care effectively
