LPN/RN Charge Nurse

St. Luke’s Home is an 88-bed long-term, skilled nursing facility. St. Luke’s Home residents receive 24-hour skilled nursing care; IV therapy; wound care and post-surgical care; respite care; nutritional therapy; and peritoneal dialysis.

This ad is for a full-time (40 hours per week) evening shift (2:00 PM to 10:30 PM) position and a part-time (16-20 hours per week) day shift position with rotating weekends and holidays. Health insurance benefits only available to full-time employees (30 or more hours per week).

*Responsibilities* include, but are not limited to:
* Providing quality nursing care to residents in an environment that promotes their rights, dignity, freedom of choice, and individuality.
* Directing nursing care to residents and supervises daily nursing activities performed by CNAs, MAs, and support personnel in accordance with policies and regulations.
* Assisting in planning/implementing nursing services, assisting resident admission, transfer, and discharge, and communicating resident issues/concerns.

*Requirements* include:
* Active nursing license (LPN or RN) verifiable with the North Dakota Board of Nursing.
* Authorization to work in the United States.
* Ability to communicate effectively with residents and teammates.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $26.39 - $43.24 per hour
