Job Description
- Ensure the Business Planning & Consolidation Center of Excellence operations activities in the forecasting cycle for financial planning & analysis (FP&A) teams appropriately to optimize business transactions as part of the company's Global Business Solutions (GBS) GBS Digital organization.
- Provide operations solutions reviewing and analyzing system and passive data governance reports to ensure high quality data and timely and complete synchronization between systems.
- Act to resolve all issues and discrepancies as data stewards responsible for qualification, data analysis, creation, modification and change control for LPT (Local Planning Tool).
- Lead a global team, ensuring the FP&A calendar activities in the LPT/BPC system.
- Collaborate with the FP&A Global Process Owner and key Finance Divisional stakeholders and contribute to the design metrics and objectives for the end-to-end FP&A process.
- Actively partner with BSC & Manufacturing FP&A Leads, Divisional Centers of Expertise to improve process performance and strive for standardization of tasks.
- Lead a global Business Planning & Consolidation team, ensuring SOP controls, metrics and manage different projects and initiatives.
- Will supervise 3 employees.
Education Minimum Requirements:
- Must have a Bachelor's degree (or its U.S. equivalent) in Finance, Mathematics or Computer Science.
Required Experience and Skills:
- Must have at least 8 years' experience in FP&A and BPC at regional level and/or in Shared Services.
- Solid experience in leading change initiatives also required.
- Must have strong knowledge of FP&A processes and strong process orientation.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, and influence highly qualified and culturally diverse professionals in a complex Matrix organization; strong interpersonal communication and ability to project a vision; strong customer service mind-set; ability to operate independently and remain focused through change or uncertainty; and strong written and verbal skills enabling effective communication with all levels of management.
- Technical skills required: SAP Business Planning & Consolidation Experience; proficiency in PC skills (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint); and planning tools / analytical tools experience.
- Telecommuting permitted.
- 40 hours per week: M-F: 9am-5pm.
- Must have proof of legal authority to work in the United States
