Opportunity Details:

Bellin Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Clinician to join our Family Medicine team at our Ashwaubenon clinic.

Shift Hours:

Full-Time 1.00 FTE (40 hours/week), Monday - Friday

Practice Details:

• 40 hours per week
• No call
• Primarily will be supporting an established physician's large patient panel

Qualifications and Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program, WI RN license and Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) certification or WI Physician Assistant license required.
