Nuclear Medicine Technologist - New York

Job Title: Nuclear Medicine Technologist

Job Location: New York

Type of Facility: 99-bed Community Hospital

Length of Assignment: 13 weeks

Start Date: Immediately

Work Schedule: 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM, weekdays (block scheduling available)

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Perform general PET/CT procedures

- Intake patients and conduct scans

- Utilize PACS systems to provide results to physicians and other staff

- Operate GE NM 830 and GE Omni Legend (PET CT) equipment

- Use Synapse and Paragon EMR systems

- Handle 10-15 adult patients per shift

- Collaborate with one other technologist

Requirements:

- ARRT (NM) or NMTCB certification

- CPR certification

- New York state license

- Minimum of 2 years of experience
